Job: Senior Consultant, IT Advisory

Essence of the role

• Play as a business analyst to capture and analyze client's business needs and design an ERP/ BI/ IT solution to help clients streamline their operation and enhance their business management to accelerate business growth;
• Conduct the working sessions with clients independently including interviews to gather the needs, workshops to present the work products, meetings to update/ resolve project matters,...;
• Work closely with the project manager in project progression, quality, people and risk management;
• Support management in client relationship management through building and maintaining the interactions with client personnel;
• Supervise and coach the juniors, help people develop their capabilities through the jobs, coach sessions, training .... ;

General requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in consulting/ system implementation practice with direct project experience, Or at least 3 years of experience with a reputable organization and a strong record of personal success;
• Strong interest in business process, business management, management information system, business solutions(ERP, core banking, core securities, core insurance,...) .... ;
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skill;
• Good oral and written Vietnamese and English communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and high work load in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment;
• Problem solving, teamwork, leadership, change management;
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business System/ Accounting/ Finance/Banking/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Management Information System, or equivalent programs;
